That would be good. Maybe a bit more detail than “buy this because we say it’s repairable”.
OK, I had a think about this, and I’ve gone with:
perhaps there should be a category for Bad Brands. Unreparable, or difficult to repair, or known common faults, e.g. Samsung edge lit TVs, tannoy 5.1 sub woofers, etc.. I think the forum needs to focus on issues and solutions. Recommendations for good products is less beneficial.

Yeah, together would probably be best, if someone’s interested they probably want an idea of both what would be best (if it’s available) and also what to avoid.
