Does anyone have the capability to laser cut plastic?

I’m working on a couple of table lamps. I need some thick Perspex “washers”, probably 25mm in diameter and 5 or 6mm thick.

I don’t have a cutter but I do have a 3d-printer. Does it have to be Perspex, or will a 3d-printed version do? I could print some and pop them in the mail…
