I wonder if Scot Gov can align without waiting for UK to play catchup with EU legislation matching. If not we will yet again be the poorer cousin of our corner of the planet with EU racing ahead with sensible policies.
Ok, UK Gov sets VAT rates, but surely SG can fund repair vouchers, etc.
